Andrew Erzen - Qualified Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Breathwork Expert who heads player development for Ice Hockey Australia and works with elite athletes. Andrew brings deep expertise in nervous system physiology and the mechanics of transformational breathwork.

Lauren Wainer - Clinical Hypnotherapist and Breathwork Facilitator based in Sydney, who runs regular restorative breathwork sessions in Sydney's top studios and has been working with 1-on-1 clients to unblock unconscious patterns and support their journey to transformative lasting change.

Together, they create a powerful container for transformation that honors both the science and the soul of this work.
