Owaken Breathwork trained, Lauren brings a trauma informed & multidimensional approach to Yin Yoga & Breathwork.
This session is 90 minutes and gives you techniques to:
Reduce stress
Expand your resilience
Build on your confidence and trust in yourself
Create more clarity
There is no requirement for previous experience, all are welcome.
The Yin Yoga ~
We have 5 to 7 postures, in a deep yet gentle 'stretch' that targets connective tissue, fascia, the meridians and chakras (energy centres). Stimulating the flow of Qi.
This yoga is an opportunity to allow your Yin to flow into balance. Embracing the feminine, introspective, quiet, stillness, softness, cooling energy.
The Breathwork ~
We have 30 minutes of activation and restorative breathwork that targets both the sympathetic & parasympathetic nervous system helping to create safety in the body, reducing stress and expanding resilience.
The breath puts energy into motion that helps shift tension and stress held in the body.
Both Yin and Breathwork are individually catered to you, all levels of experience are welcome.
90 minutes, $35 & limited places.
Please bring compassion & curiosity for yourself.
Equipment: Yoga mat, blocks, bolsters and a blanket if you can.
