What to bring:
- Blanket and thin pillow: For added comfort during the session
- Water bottle: Stay hydrated before and after the workshop

How to prepare:
- Wear comfortable clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothing to allow for ease of movement.
- Avoid heavy meals: Please refrain from eating a large meal 2 hours prior to the session.
- Arrive early: Arrive 5-10min early to get comfortable 
- Open mind: Approach this workshop with an open mind and heart, ready to explore and release

I am happy to discuss further with you if you have any concerns.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the workshop begins to allow yourself time to settle in and prepare. Late arrivals may disrupt the session and could result in declined entry to maintain a focused and respectful environment for all attendees. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
