Sacred Cacao & Breathwork Experience - Mt Maunganui 7 October
Come and explore a powerful journey of self-discovery, heart-opening, and healing.
With the power of your breath, and the heart-opening properties of the sacred plant cacao, combined with sound, this dynamic trio will take you on a transformational journey within.
Learn how to create more awareness of your body and understand how to utilise your breath through simple, yet powerful techniques that you can integrate into your daily life.
This experience is an invitation to slow down, tune in, let go of what doesn’t serve you any longer, and surrender to what is.
<< CACAO >>
Combining ceremonial grade cacao and breathwork is powerful.
Lisa will share about cacao and create some gentle journaling prompts. The intention is to support you as you travel deeper into yourself with the breath. The cacao may also enhance and activate euphoric body and mind experiences during your breathwork journey.
The pure ceremonial cacao you will be receiving connects you directly to the farmers and communities in the cacao growing region of Central Peru. A world apart from monoculture cacao plantations and industrially processed cacao, this high vibration heart opening strain of Amazonian 'criollo' cacao is crafted with care and intention in small batches for Ceremonial Grade energy.
<< BREATHWORK >>
There is a direct connection between the breath and your psychological, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. Unfortunately for many, breathing is involuntary or reactive. When breath techniques are applied consciously you are entering into the areas of healing, and a regenerative state.
You will also experience a potent 1-hour group breathwork session and sound journey where Matt will be your guide. Your journey will enhance the balance in your life, as we come together to shift unconscious belief patterns and release unwanted thoughts and feelings.
This powerful practice is for EVERYONE! It is also beneficial for people who suffer from:
• Stress & Anxiety
• Sleep Apnoea
• Grief, anger & resentment
• Loss of direction & intuition
…or if you simply want to experience states of deep connection and bliss!
<< WHAT TO AVOID >>
Coffee for at least 8 hours prior.
Mind-altering substances on the day of the ceremony - alcohol, THC, etc.
Reduce the intake of dairy products on the day of the ceremony.
Avoid eating large amounts of food 2-3 hours prior to the ceremony (unless you have blood sugar issues and have a snack).
<< HEALTH PRECAUTIONS >>
