Jennipher Mac B.A.(Hons) initially trained in Breathwork in 1989. She is also an NLP Trainer, Hypnotherapist, and Social Justice Theatre Facilitator specialising in trauma and Family and Domestic Violence recovery. Yoga mat and sleeping bag or blanket for comfort and warmth when breathing.
