Break free from Anxiety
Dissolve fear, stress and anxiety through the simple, gentle power of breath.


Connect with your body and breath. In this 2 hour workshop, you will learn tools to move through stress and fear - to take charge of your life.
Limited to 15 tickets. 

Most people have experienced anxiety.
Whether it’s stress, tension, social phobia, performance anxiety, or a general sense of uneasiness.
We've all been afraid, scared or worried.
We all know that familiar sinking, contracting feeling.

Stress is a natural part of life
.
It's an evolutionary response to perceived danger.
If we need to run from a lion, our nervous system activates, our body pumps with adrenaline, our heart beat quickens, so we can run fast and escape.

However, most of the time, there's no lion.
When stress moves through our mind and body chronically, it stops being useful, it makes us tired, increases inflammation and illness, and reduces our ability to interact fully with life.

The key to releasing these anxious thoughts and feelings?

Dropping into the body
Using the breath
Arriving to the present moment, the here and now.

Breathwork has an incredible ability to dissolve fear and stress. 
When we focus on our breath, tension and anxiety can melt away. 
By becoming present, we are able to focus on what is real, clear the noise, and see clearly. 




Our mind has a habit of getting stuck in thoughts of the past or the future. We can create unrealistic scenarios, over analyse, become lost in a vortex of what if's and self criticism. 
Thoughts swirl, heart beats faster, breath becomes shallow.

Our mind isn’t our enemy
, it's just trying to keep us safe.


By working with our energy and our breath, we can rewire our nervous system.  We can learn to embody safety and presence. 



There’s no need to feel guilty about our fears or anxiety.
They’re just emotions, energy in motion. Learning to harness that energy, and redirect it towards excitement, or passion, or pleasure, is incredibly powerful.


The magic of breathwork is its ability to bring us radically inward.

This isn’t just a relaxing evening of soft music and breathwork,
it’s so much more.


What you learn goes with you, into your life. These techniques become a part of your toolkit, and you can draw on them whenever you need to. 


When you learn the tools to take control of your inner environment, you no longer need to feel fearful, anxious or contracted.

When you embody safety and presence, you know how to hold yourself through your fear, to come back to softness, presence and love. 



Through your breath, you have the power to feel expansive, connected, joyful, present and alive.


Get out of your head and into your body.

Come, experience, and be guided in a loving, held space. 

We will gather in circle, and practice both calming and activating breath techniques. You will leave feeling empowered, calm and deeply nourished. 


No prior breathwork experience is required.

This space is trauma informed. Honouring that each person understands themselves best, knows what they need, and is their own greatest healer. 

Wear something you feel comfortable in. We will be mostly seated with some gentle movement. 

If you have a particular mat or cushion that you like to sit on, please feel free to bring these. Not required, the space will be set up and ready for you. 

 Bring your open heart and willingness to evolve.
