This powerful session is designed for first responders, frontline workers, and emergency service personnel — police, fire, ambulance, military, veterans, healthcare workers, and anyone regularly exposed to high-stress situations and those close to them. (men/women 16+)

Whether you're navigating trauma, stress, burnout or just seeking to reconnect to yourself beyond the uniform — this evening is your space and a chance to come home to your breath, your body, and your self.

This is not just about stress relief. It’s about deep nervous system regulation, emotional reset, and reconnecting to the strength beneath the uniform.
