Breathwork is an active form of meditation involving conscious, connected breathing. It involves using specific breathing techniques to move energy through the body and open blocked areas of the body or mind. This type of deep conscious breathwork can often lead to profound changes in awareness, understanding and emotion. 

Gong immersions have a combination of intensity and serenity, where we fluctuate between the two to first bring out blocked or stagnant energy from the body.  The gong’s vibration permeates through the body, affecting us on a cellular level to release any tensions within them.  Once brought to the surface, various tones and frequencies break them apart, leaving you in
a gentle state of harmony and ease.

Adam's Breath Journeys are a unique and multifaceted combination of different powerful breathing techniques and specifically curated music. With his extensive experience in Somatic Healing and NLP he guides people through a total mind-body transformational experience. Clients often experience relief from physical and emotional trauma that has held them back from living the life they want to live.

Kyle Lam will be curating a special gong bath immersive experience that will help to further break apart those emotional or energetic blockages brought up by the breath work.  You’ll have a chance to surround yourself in rich tones and heavy vibrations that will soothe the body into a relaxed state while developing deeper insights on the next steps you need to take to align closer towards your destiny.

Date is set for Monday, September 25th from 7:00-9:00 PM at MDitate in Newport Beach, CA

Cost is $70 and we are limiting this event to 15 people to ensure the intimacy of the space.

Studio does provide all the comforts you will need to maximize your experience including mats, pillows, blankets, and cushions.  

All you need to bring alongside yourself is a willingness to become reborn.
