Time:
Starts at 8:30am please arrive 10 mins early to be able to settle in and fill out the waiver form.
Bring along:
🧊Yoga mat
🧊Pillow
🧊Blanket
🧊Eye mask (if you wish)
🧊Bolster (if you wish)
🧊Water bottle
🧊Towel
🧊Wear swimmers underneath warm comfortable clothing (nothing tight or restrictive)
We ask if you could please not have any caffeine before the session and eat a light meal nothing heavy on your belly before hand.
Be ready to be taken on a journey to find self’ to tap in physically, mentally and emotionally-
