Breathwork + Ice Workshop

Time: 7:00pm- 8:30pm

Cost: $20.00 for Breathwork

+
$15.00 extra if you would like to participate in the ice bath session =$35.00 BW + Ice

SAVE $20.00 as a once off, following on to September Mental Awareness Month

(we are a few weeks behind due to being at Uluru)

This class is beginner friendly 🤗

Time:
Starts at 7:00pm please arrive 10 mins early to be able to settle in and fill out the waiver form.

Bring along:
🧊Yoga mat
🧊Pillow
🧊Blanket
🧊Eye mask (if you wish)
🧊Bolster (if you wish)
🧊Water bottle
🧊Towel
🧊Wear swimmers underneath warm comfortable clothing (nothing tight or restrictive)

We ask if you could please not have any caffeine before the session and eat a light meal nothing heavy on your belly before hand.

Be ready to be taken on a journey to find self’ to tap in physically, mentally and emotionally-
