A workshop presentation to promote the benefits of breathwork in relationship to;

  • boosting athletic performance in training and sports competition, 
  • optimal recovery
  • performance anxiety and stress management

In the workshop, you will learn science-based concepts related to athletic performance and breathing. and you will be required to participate in breathwork practice associated with theoretical concepts. 

Your facilitator is Jackson Merritt, Jackson is a practitioner of breathwork. With the completion of two ultra-marathons, a triathlon, and many other endurance feats along with over 15 years of experience in a weights room, he is no stranger to fitness. He is a qualified breathwork instructor with a Breathless level 1 certification training. He also has a 200-hour yoga trainer qualification, a diploma in fitness, and a strength & conditioning coach. He works with elite junior athlete programs teaching boys how to breathe effectively to manage their training and sports performance.
