We know that tapping into our breath can help to support a healthy body, mind, & spirit
Break up the week with positive energy and join other KoWorkers tapping into their breath, setting their intentions for the rest of the week.
🗓 We meet every Wednesday at 8:00am on the grass out the front of the surf club.
🏃Partner up with a KoWorker and walk, power-walk or jog to wake your mind and body.
🧘♀️ Arrive back to your towel for a few rounds of guided Wim Hof breathing.
🌊 Take an icy dip in the ocean or one of our monthly Ice Baths and awaken all your senses!
☕️ Hang back for a well deserved coffee on the KoWorks balcony!

Cold exposure causes prolonged release of dopamine. Dopamine is a powerful molecule capable of elevating mood, enhancing focus, attention, goal-directed behavior, etc. Learn more here!
