Briony Liebich from Flavour Logic will be hosting this masterclass sharing tips and tricks for getting the most out of tasting beer and pairing food. Whether you're a craft beer newbie or a confessed beer geek, this relaxed afternoon is perfect for everyone. She has worked in wine and beer laboratories and led the sensory program at West End Brewery where she developed her love of beer. Briony has also judged Australia's biggest beer competitions including the World Beer Cup. As a Certified Cicerone®, and certified WSET wine and beer educator, Briony shares her expertise with consumers and industry alike. She founded Flavour Logic to enhance product quality and beverage education and inspire people to appreciate the sensory world.
