Curious Minds: A Morning of Science Fun - Bubbles & Blasts Science Show, followed by interactive experiments for every child to participate in!

Join us for an action-packed 30-minute science spectacle as we explore "COOL" experiments with bubbles and liquid nitrogen! Be amazed as our expert presenters show you liquids and gases as you’ve never seen them before.

Show Highlights

💦 What’s cooler than cool?
Liquid nitrogen at –196°C! Watch everyday objects freeze, shatter and transform before your eyes.

🫧 Giant Bubble Fun
Presenters will capture air inside enormous, shimmering bubbles using our giant bubble wands.

🚀 Air rockets

Feel the force as mini rockets blast off!

The half hour show will be followed by hands on science stations.  

Our exploration stations will give children the opportunity for hands-on activities to ignite their curiosity, featuring:

Who: Home in Place tenants/family (not available to the general public)

Ages: Primary school age children and their families

When: Friday 10th April

Time: 945am arrival for a 10am start- 12pm

Location: The Base Health and Community Centre Newcastle. View in maps (We recommend the use of public transport as there is limited parking options with time restrictions.)
