Do you worry about life, all the things that might happen and how you’ll cope if they do? Do you wish you knew that whatever happened, even though it might be really hard, you’d be ok – that you’re resilient enough to bounce back?

So often we find ourselves feeling mentally defeated by life, anxious about the state of the world and scared about what might happen – personally and globally – and it seems so difficult to feel optimistic, courageous or strong. This is a common experience in our modern world.

Ancient wisdom has solutions to these problems. Buddha explained how each of us can build our inner strength and resilience, become fearless.

In this workshop, Gen Ani will explain how you can begin to do this. Sharing Buddha’s wisdom, she will explain how to develop resilience that will enable you to be confident you’ll be able to cope with whatever life brings; not only to cope, but to learn and become stronger through the challenges; and ultimately develop an unshakeable inner strength.
