Building your Brand and Marketing Strategy
Event description
Please note: this event is run by the Small Business Development Corporation for small business owners in Western Australia only.
Brand and marketing strategies don’t materialise on their own, they are built upon robust organisational identity and values.
In this interactive workshop you will learn how to tell your brand story and connect the dots between your brand and marketing strategy by defining actionable goals with evidence based strategy and thinking. Uncover and articulate why your business exists, what you do, what you stand for and how to tell your story to your target audience.
This topic covers:
- Evaluate your current brand and marketing activities
- Develop your brand strategy to increase your brand's position and positive perception in the market
- Develop your marketing strategy to reach prospective customers
- Explore your company value proposition and articulate the benefits you are delivering to customers to buy your products or services
This session is for small business owners and employees involved in marketing activities.
The facilitator of this topic, ECU's Executive Education Team at the School of Business and Law is dedicated to providing impactful workshops tailored to help small businesses in Western Australia thrive through sustainable growth. Their workshop content has been developed in consultation with industry experts and university resources to equip you with the skills to succeed.
