    Event description

From constant objections, missed quotas and burnout, there are huge demands on you during every workday, and these come on top of the pressures of family life, home finances, and relationships outside of the workplace.

Constantly battling stress, overwhelm, and self-doubt, our unhelpful thinking patterns and habits keep us stuck, trapped and unable to reach our full potential. Our "Building Your Mental Strength & Resilience" workshop provides high quality science-based skills training to build essential mental strength and resilience to withstand pressures and not be mentally crushed by these pressures and their consequences.

This workshop is grounded in the well-proven the research of highly esteemed Dr. Martin Seligman, PhD. This isn't just another self-help seminar. It's a life-changing experience. It's not about empty promises or wishful thinking. It's about equipping you with the practical, no-nonsense tools that provide a psychological barrier against depression and anxiety.

    You can expect to...

    • Master your emotions, so they empower you, not control you.
    • Turn setbacks into springboards, using challenges as fuel for growth.
    • Build unshakeable resilience, so you can thrive in any situation.
    • Develop powerful coping mechanisms for stress and adversity.
    • Cultivate an optimistic mindset that fuels success.

Imagine waking up each day feeling empowered, resilient, and ready to conquer any workplace or personal challenge. Imagine turning obstacles into opportunities and setbacks into stepping stones. That's the power of mental strength and resilience, and with this training, it's within your reach.

    What attendee's are saying

“What I liked about the Programme is it had immediate relevance and practical out-takes for every one of the sales team. One of the major benefits of the programme is that it generated a positive and ‘can do’ state of mind that is applicable in virtually any situation-work or personal.”  Terry - Sales Manager

"The course was one of the best short courses I have attended. The skills learned were extremely useful and practical. I found myself using them automatically, without needing to refer to any notes. I now feel that I can confidently deal with any challenging situation."
     Anna - Communications Consultant

“I found the course had key lessons that were easy to understand and remember. One of themany benefits I’ve received is that I now self-review the way I am thinking about a situation to reflect whether I am approaching it from a positive perspective. I recommend this course because the ideas and concepts are easy to apply.” Stephen - General Manager

“The course was extremely useful to me. It came at a time of big change in my life and it really helped me to understand and cope with it in a positive manner.”
     Michael – Airline Employee

"This course teaches an attitude to life which is just what we need working in our tough field. Jamie is an excellent presenter and his message of taking control of our responses to both adversity and success is very important."
     Jane - Executive Director

“The course is one of only two courses in my twenty-year career that I have found valuable. This course taught me to think a different way and to approach my working life differently. I wish I had been on this course earlier in my career.”
     Sharon - Marketing Manager

"This course gave me real insights and understanding of how attitude can make a huge difference in achieving success and in dealing with setbacks. As a person who is not naturally optimistic, I was given excellent tools and strategies that I could put to use immediately in my work and my personal life. A thoroughly worthwhile investment in time and money."
     - Stan - Webmaster

"As an Area Manager I sometimes have a sense that the pressures of the job are controlling me, rather than me taking responsibility and choosing the response I wish to make. The course was all I hoped it would be. I am waking up in the morning and choosing how I will respond to the day and to incidents which occur. It's working! Not just in the workplace - but life is a happier place! I needed this course."
     Marie - Area Manager

“Jamie your course was one of the best I have ever attended. What a powerful lesson I learnt on ‘Stop making everyone else’s problem’s mine.’ This has become a great tool for not letting the grumpy people get to me.”
    Maria - Project Manager
