As part of our commitment to providing a comprehensive and impactful training experience, all participants are required to complete pre-work and testing at least 5 working days prior to the event. Detailed instructions and materials will be emailed to you upon ticket purchase. This preparation ensures that you arrive ready to engage fully and benefit maximally from the workshop.

The diagnostic takes about 15 minutes to complete, and you will receive your own resilience diagnostic report during the course.

Please note that completion of this pre-work is a mandatory component of the programme and must be completed by noon on Tuesday 20th August at the latest.
