Bumble Bee Baby and Children's Marlet - Aspendale Gardens
Description
Free Babywearing Support at the Market
South Eastern Babywearing Group will be at the Bumble Bee Baby and Children’s Market in Aspendale Gardens, providing free, practical babywearing information and support throughout the morning.
Visit us to:
bring your own baby carrier for a fit-check
troubleshoot comfort, positioning or fitting concerns
learn about safe and comfortable babywearing
explore different styles of wraps, slings and structured carriers
see, feel and try carriers from our demonstration collection
ask questions before choosing or purchasing a carrier elsewhere
explore new options as your baby grows
You do not need to own a carrier or have any previous babywearing experience. Expectant parents, parents, caregivers, partners, grandparents, babies and children are all welcome.
What to Bring
Bring any carriers you already own, including carriers you have borrowed, purchased second-hand or received from someone else. Where possible, please also bring the instruction booklet.
You are equally welcome to visit without a carrier and explore the options in our demonstration collection.
Free, Non-Commercial Support
South Eastern Babywearing Group is a volunteer-run community service.
We do not sell baby carriers or receive commissions for recommending particular products. There is no charge for babywearing help at our stall and no pressure to purchase anything.
Our aim is to help families understand their options and use baby carriers safely and comfortably.
Visiting Us
This is a relaxed, drop-in opportunity. You are welcome to watch a demonstration, ask a quick question, have your carrier checked or spend some time exploring different options.
No appointment is required, although registering through Humanitix allows us to contact you if our attendance at the market changes.
Stay in Touch
Would you like to hear about upcoming free babywearing sessions and other Southern Natural Parenting Network events?
At checkout, tick “Keep me updated on the latest news, events and exclusive offers.” This is Humanitix’s standard wording for joining our email update list.
We do not sell products or send promotional offers. We send occasional information about upcoming free events, new articles and community support opportunities. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Photos at Our Events
We sometimes take photographs at our events to show families what to expect and illustrate different baby carriers.
These may include general photographs of our stall or individual families who have agreed to be photographed. It is completely fine not to be photographed or to ask that your baby’s face is not shown.
We will always ask before taking an individual photograph, and you may be asked to complete a photo consent form.
