    Event description

Transport yourself to the bustling streets of a Taiwan night market in this hands-on cooking class at Molly Rose Brewery!

In one of the oldest night markets in Taipei, you'll find the Michelin recommended Taiwanese Pepper Bun. Its juicy, aromatic pork filling wrapped in a crisp, flaky pastry exterior is simply irresistible and definitely a recipe you'll want to add to your culinary repertoire.

With a refreshing Molly Rose drink in hand, learn how to laminate a flaky Chinese-style dough, mix an insanely more-ish pork filling, and fold and cook the buns.

Come in ready to get your hands dirty, meet new people and learn from your expert teacher, Cristina.

    Your class includes:

    • A complimentary Molly Rose core range beer (or non-alcoholic beverage) upon arrival
    • A 2.5 hour fun and interactive Masterclass and workshop with an experienced cooking teacher
    • Thorough and easy to follow instructions on how to make Taiwanese Pepper Buns (inspired by the Michelin-recommended Rao He Night market)
    • An easy to follow recipe card so you can recreate the dish at home for friends and family!
    • Snacks and nibbles while you wait for your buns to bake
    • A Molly Rose beer to pair and compliment the freshly baked buns
