The much-anticipated Solar Dwellings Bus Tour is set for Sunday, October 19th this year.

We will visit four homes that have not been opened before.

Two in Bayswater, where the blocks are 45 degrees to the north. These homes have both been designed at an angle to maximise the orientation. One a two-bedroom single-storey home with a small footprint. The other is a two-storey, four-bedroom family home that can be subdivided when the family no longer need a large garden.
Two-storey in Bassendean. The home is long and narrow with limited access to the north due to a large easement on the south.
Single-storey in South Guildford with north to the front on this triangular-shaped corner block. A large central courtyard provides access to winter sun and promotes crossflow ventilation.
