Step aboard 115 - the year-old vessel Spray of the Coral Coast as you are treated to a 2- hour, fine dining experience in Mooloolaba. A carefully created menu unique to Saltwater Eco Tours, full of seasonal produce, locally sourced ingredients, and a range of Native products weaved into every aspect of each canapé, right through to the signature cocktails being served.
