By joining us onboard 'Spray of the Coral Coast' throughout the Curated PLated 2023, you're not only going to experience a fantastic and unique - hours cruise on a heritage-listed vessel but you're supporting a locally owned, First Nations business. Oh and did we mention being treated to the most delicious degustation of Bushtucker, Seafood, and desserts!

Welcome to Saltwater Eco Tours and The Curated Plate 2023! This year you'll experience fine dining on the water like never before. Please ensure you read the below information prior to joining us for Bushtucker by the River.

- Departure time is 11.30am, please arrive 15 minutes prior and allow enough time for parking. Return time 1.30pm.

-Location: 123 Parkyn Parade, The Wharf Mooloolaba. Parking can be found at the Wharf (4 hours) or within the vicinity. We encourage carpooling or public transport.

- Our vessel is directly next to the Sea Restaurant/blue tower and along the same jetty as the floating restaurant's Prawn Star.

- Please wear flat, white sole shoes (no heels or black boots)

- There is a bathroom onboard however it is down 3 steep steps

- Cash or card facilities on board

- Fully licensed bar with local beers, wines, spirits and specialty cocktails

- Please inform us of any dietary requirements 48 hours prior to the tour
