Damian brings a practical, lived perspective shaped by years in senior leadership and by building Business Builders as a community deliberately designed to feel different. His focus is not on extracting value from rooms, but on creating environments where people leave lighter, clearer, and more connected than when they arrived.

This is not a session about learning to network better.
It is a conversation about why most networking does not work, and what actually does.

Business Builders exists to take the hard work out of networking.

Our community exists so conversations do not just end when the event does. It makes it easier to stay connected, get to know people properly, and let trust build over time, without selling, pressure, or having to perform.

We have been using the online community for a few months now, and the difference is noticeable. At our December hosts meeting, one long time host described joining the community as the highlight of their year, simply because of watching the conversations naturally deepen over time.
