Business Leaders Round Table - Parkes

Join Nathan Lyon and his leadership mentor David Stewart as they explore leadership credibility and how local business leaders and community organisations play a critical role in shaping environments where people and communities can perform and grow.

Credibility is the defining currency of modern leadership. It is earned through authenticity, clarity of purpose and the consistent demonstration of values, qualities that become even more essential as we navigate an increasingly complex world

In this Leaders Round Table, participants will engage in an exploration of the attributes that underpin credible leadership and the personal commitment required to make a difference and leave a legacy. The session will examine the behaviours that inspire trust, the disciplines that sustain influence over time, and the misconceptions that often blur the distinction between leadership and management.

Hear Nathan Lyon share his personal leadership journey, offering candid reflections on resilience, authenticity, high‑performance, and the lessons learned through elite sport. His insights will provide a rare, real‑world perspective on credibility under pressure and the mindset required to lead with consistency and conviction.

The forum will wrap with a practical framework designed to strengthen leadership credibility and local business and community leader impact.
