As you move into your Breathwork Journey, you will begin a profound exploration of your inner self. Using conscious connected breathing, you will have the opportunity to delve deep into your subconscious mind. Integration and Sharing Circle
Conclude your Rebirthing Breathwork session with the Integration and Sharing Circle.
