This Cacao & Sound journey will begin with a meditation centred around raw ceremonial cacao to help re-balance energies and open our hearts through guided breathwork.

Lydia will guide you through a series of gentle dynamic feel good movement followed by intuitive flow.

Adrianna & Lydia will create a relaxing meditative soundscape of live music from Harmonium, Crystal and Tibetan bowls, Chimes, drums, and Kalimbah to finish the experience smoothly. We are using sound and vibration to amplify your experience.
