Cacao ceremony and sound healing in nature

You are invited to a unique Nature immersion where you will experience the power of sound and plant medicine.

Bathe in the harmonic healing vibrations and frequencies of sound-healing instruments blended with the sounds of nature. 

We will sit in sacred ceremony, honoring the custodians of the land, Pachamama, and every present being. 

We will open the circle with a short and grounding meditation as we ease into the transition to a sacred cacao ceremony. This powerful plant medicine has been used by ancient cultures as a potent heart opener and a portal to connect with the divine. Allow yourself to immerse with all your senses as we embark on this soul journey together.
Then you will have the opportunity to relax even deeper as you are invited to lie down comfortably, letting the feel of the wind, the roaring of the waves, and the vibration of the singing bowls melt your day away. Using the healing frequency of Tibetan bowls, the charming melody of the chimes, and the euphonious harmony of the crystal bowls, Sophie will guide you into a blissful state of relaxation. bringing your mind to unwind and your body to soften.

Sound healing uses the power of vibration to restore the mind, body, and spirit back to a state of balance while listening to nature help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.

This is an intimate gathering and it will be limited to 10 spots.

Sophie is a yoga teacher and a sound practitioner. Yoga came first in her life through her curiosity to discover the connection between mind and body. Her journey learning this ancient practice opened up a new world of exploration where she discovered meditation and sound healing. As a music lover and a DJ, Sophie found magic and meaning in sound and vibration. After different sound trainings, she now offers sound immersion in yoga studios and outdoors in nature.

Carolina is a yoga and meditation teacher. She is a space holder who loves to share her passion and wisdom with others. She runs cacao and full moon ceremonies, meditation sessions, and yoga classes. She uses different healing techniques and through her deep connection with this sacred heart medicine is how she creates a sacred and safe space for you to connect with your soul.

IMPORTANT: 

-Notice this is an outdoor event and from the car park you will need to walk through a short 2 min walk through some rocks (nothing too crazy)
