Find calm, presence, and flow through the Native American flute 🪈🌿

A beginner-friendly Native American flute workshop to slow down, breathe, explore sound and support a calmer nervous system.

🌿 This workshop is designed for beginners as a guided, embodied experience, not a performance or music lesson.

🎶 No musical experience needed

If you’ve ever felt drawn to the flute but weren’t sure where to start - this is a simple and supportive place to begin.

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners, as well as those who would like to reconnect with the instrument in a deeper way.

The flute is simple to learn, yet capable of very expressive and meditative music.

You won’t be put on the spot.
You don’t need to “get it right.”
You’ll be guided step by step.

🌿 A different way of learning music

The Native American flute is easy to begin, yet deeply expressive.

Rather than focusing on technique or performance, we explore:

  • playing through breath

  • listening instead of thinking

  • allowing sound to emerge naturally

Many people find the flute naturally slows the breath and brings a sense of calm and presence.

✨ What we’ll explore

  • Learning the basics of the Native American flute

  • Playing simple melodies together

  • Breathwork and guided meditation

  • Nature connection and deep ecology

  • Practices to calm and regulate the nervous system

🎵 No flute? No problem

Flutes will be available to rent for a small fee, or purchase on the day if you’d like to continue your journey.
