    CALI FLOW  

    An effective, simple and unique style of training for everyone, within the one pose there’s many variations, there’s always something for you.

    A combination of yoga, calisthenics, tai chi, meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques)

    Cali Flow aims to strengthen the body, relax the mind, open our flexibility and mobility; it’s a whole body workout that anyone can do. 

    Following the flow, we’ll immerse in a sound journey. To calm the body and mind, relax and be at peace. Vibrations weaving from harp, flute, gong, singing bowls and chimes.

    Doors Open at 4:00PM

    Location: Tara Hall, behind Buddha House

    What to bring: Yoga mat, water and optional cushion for support for meditation and blanket 


    What to wear: Comfortable, breathable clothes to flow with ease

    Capacity: 30 people
