Calm Abiding February 2025
Event description
We are delighted to present next term’s Calm Abiding Meditation Courses. Meditation is an incredibly effective way to navigate life’s challenges, as it addresses the very mind that encounters them.
Meditation is truly the greatest gift we can give ourselves.
