EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)—also known as tapping—is a powerful, evidence-based practice that supports your nervous system to settle, reduces stress hormones and helps shift the emotional patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck. It’s simple, effective, non-invasive and can be done anytime, anywhere.

You’ll learn how EFT can support you with:
• Anxiety, stress, and constant mental chatter
• Self-doubt and the inner critic
• Overwhelm, burnout and emotional exhaustion
• The pressure of ‘doing it all’ for everyone else
• Sleep issues and physical tension
• Food cravings and addictive patterns
• Letting go of old patterns and limiting beliefs and creating new possibilities

We'll cover three EFT techniques:
• The Basic Recipe (lather, rinse, repeat—this will become one of your regular go-to tools)
• Drawing Technique (particularly great for children, or if you’re more visually inclined)
• Palace of Possibilities (helps lift you out of a stuck mindset and opens you to new possibilities and potential)

You’ll walk away with a practical, effective tool you can use anytime to bring yourself back to your centre. And because EFT is so simple and accessible, it’s something you can share with your loved ones—supporting your family, clients or community when they need it too.

Who I am

I’m Tanya Wasylewski—Master EFT Practitioner, Coach, Astrologer, Yoga Teacher and Holistic Counsellor. For over a decade, I’ve been guiding women back to themselves—supporting them to move through overwhelm, reconnect with their inner wisdom and create lives that feel aligned and fulfilling.

My work is heart-led and grounded in creating safe, supportive spaces where you can gently meet yourself, release what’s been held in your system and build deep self-trust. EFT has been one of the most powerful tools I’ve used both personally and with clients, and I’m passionate about sharing it in a way that feels simple, accessible and genuinely transformative.
