An evening to pause, restore & renew

Take a pause with us on Tuesday 23th September for two nourishing hours of rest and reflection. Held on the spring equinox and guided by candlelight and gentle practices, this is a time of balance, new beginnings and fresh energy.

This evening is your chance to slow down, reflect and gently align with the shift into spring.

Guided rest meditation to soften mind & body
Sound Bath
Listen to harmonizing sound bowls, as vibrations wash over you
Journal & Integration
Finish with quiet reflection to support processing & integration

Bring a yoga mat, comfy clothes, journal, water bottle and anything you like to make this practice special
