Meet the Panel

Panellists:

• Georgia Lyford - Schick Civil Construction – Winner of the Special Merit Award in the Specialist Plant & Machinery Operators Excellence category at the 2025 NAWIC Excellence Awards.

• Kathryn Collie - RCP – A Civil Engineer by trade who has built her career into programme management.

• Shikayla Woodham - Carpentry BCITO Apprentice

• Kirsty Hopewell - Naylor Love – An experienced Quantity Surveyor with both consultancy and main contractor experience. She is also our NAWIC President-Elect!
