A therapeutic painting and breathwork group for women. Designed to spark your creativity, foster connection, and promote nervous system regulation.

As the golden sun rises and the skies above the ocean begin to warm, join us for a morning of expression and surrender. With the sand beneath your feet and salt-kissed air on your skin, you'll be guided to paint not with rules, but with feeling - using the hands, movement, and heart. Gentle music, grounding prompts, and the soothing rhythm of the waves will guide you in creating an expression of your inner self. This session is not about creating a masterpiece, but about meeting yourself gently in colour and light. Let the ocean hold your worries, the breeze stir your spirit, and the canvas capture your truth.

We'll gather at the coastline at 7am, starting the day with gentle journaling, connection activities, and playful painting that invites you to let go of perfection and simply enjoy the process. To close, you'll be guided through a breathwork journey, opening space for lighthearted healing, release, and renewal. This is a chance to soften, expand, step into your feminine energy, and carry that feeling of aliveness into the rest of your day.

Whether you're an experienced artist or just looking to try something new, this is the perfect opportunity to explore your artistic and emotional side in a safe, serene seaside space. No experience need - just a willingness to show up, slow down, and be seen.

All art materials will be provided (canvases, easels, paints, brushes, paper, palette knives, palettes, pens, jars). Please wear something comfortable and warm you can move in, and don't mind getting a little messy. This is your time to let go, play with paint, breathe, and feel free. Just bring yourself, a towel, and water.

How to find the event - put Kitesurf W or 22 Hythe St, Miami, into your gps. Once you are on Marine Pde and close, continue driving along the beach on Marine Pde. Drive to the end of Marine Pde past the Miami Beach SLSC and Piccolo espresso until you reach the car park along the beach. Park here and take the path going towards the rocks. You'll find me set up with my easels down on the beach next to the rocks on the Miami side (bottom of the Miami Rainbow Stairs)! :)
