Join Heytesbury District Landcare Network and Agriculture Victoria's Chris Blore to learn the basics of carbon on farm.
Whether you have a small block, sheep or beef enterprise, or a different land use altogether, this session will help you better understand:
What you need to know about carbon and carbon farming
Greenhouse gases in agriculture
Know your number and how its calculated
In addition, we'll share a real-life sheep/beef enterprise example, including what data is collected and an opportunity to ask the farmer about their journey.
All are welcome to this free event. Tea, coffee and lunch will be provided.
