In today’s fast-paced world, career journeys often lead into uncharted territory, a liminal space. In this interactive session, learn how to actively support clients using Career Wayfinding activities such as mapping, storytelling, and metaphors, to gain new insights and support accountability for clients in one-on-one and group contexts. This session will provide a solid foundation for practice, helping to build hope, increase self-confidence, and support greater client agency.

Presenter - Andrea Fruhling
Andrea Fruhling is the Director of Doubleknot Works and co-author of Career Wayfinder: Discovering Your Career Through Delightfully Practical Projects. She is an ICF-certified coach and an Instructor for the University of British Columbia’s award-winning Organizational Coaching certification program. Andrea developed and leads the Career Coaching Practitioner course and is the only certified expert trainer in the Hope-Action Theory worldwide. She has trained and certified career professionals globally, including many in Australia.
Andrea designs and leads workshops and group coaching programs to equip career professionals with creative approaches to client work. She has delivered keynotes and workshops at national and international conferences and supports a wide range of clients and organizations. Andrea is a certified facilitator of the LEGO® Serious Play® Methodology, which she integrates into her practical, strengths-based, and fun work!
