Join Kinga from Satsang Yoga Studio for a free session of Aerial Yoga!

This aerial yoga taster gives you a chance to learn some basics and have some fun with the equipment. The Fly High Yoga Belt can support, assist or add challenge to movements and yoga postures. Decompress joints, visit core & use your body strength, enjoy movements, support balance & stability. Come and play. Suitable for ages 8 to 108

Absolutely no experience is necessary!
