Bring a water bottle
Join Natalia and her therapy dog Louie to make a collaborative art work.
Join us for a few minutes or a few hours making petals for a flower mandala art work.
This is a stress free, expressive, drop in session that anyone can join at anytime. Help us celebrate carers and the role of creativity in managing stress.
Absolutely no experience is necessary!
