We know your time is precious so we have a day packed with information, resources and experts as well as activities that will allow you to pause for some ‘YOU’ time.

Who is a carer? This event is aimed at all types of carers including- Parents who are carers, Adult siblings who are carers, Foster carers, Grandparents who are primary carers etc. This event is not for paid support workers employed to care for a person with intellectual disability.
