If ticket is cancelled by the ticket holder prior to 7 days before the performance date, a 100% refund (less any
booking fees) will be issued.
If ticket is cancelled by the ticket holder within 7 days of the performance date, a 50% refund (less any booking
fees) will be issued.
If ticket is cancelled by the ticket holder within 24 hours of performance, no refund will be issued.
* In the event that the Federal or State Government directs that the hall is to close causing this event to be
cancelled, Redland Museum will guarantee a full refund (less any booking fees) for cancelled tickets.
