Seafood is fresh and amazing on the south coast! Enjoy a line up of some of the star produce in a degustation celebration of all things seafood exploring delights from Akoya oysters, marron, kingfish, sardines and more.

The menu has been designed as a collaboration with guest chef Gary Mehigan from MasterChef Australia, state chef Don Hancey and Melissa Palinkas using the support of local fisherman, WA Fishing Industry Council and Southern Seafood Producers of WA.
