No previous meditation, sound or crystal bowl experience is required.

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring:

Wear comfortable clothing
Water & snacks
A yoga mat, cushion and or blanket for comfort.
A black out eye mask if you have one, if not one will be provided.
Journal & pen if you would like to capture anything afterwards.

You may also wish to bring a journal for any reflections that arise after the experience.
