No previous meditation, sound or crystal bowl experience is required.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

Anyone who has had bone surgery or recovering from broken bones.

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring:

• Wear comfortable clothing

• Water & snacks

• A yoga mat, cushion and or blanket for comfort.

• A black out eye mask if you have one, if not one will be provided.

• Journal & pen if you would like to capture anything afterwards.

You may also wish to bring a journal for any reflections that arise after the experience.
