Central Coast Catch-Ups

Are you a Central Coast local raising a child with disability, developmental delay, or autism? 

Join us for a relaxed and welcoming catch-up with other parents who truly understand the journey. These informal gatherings offer a space to connect, share experiences, and build a supportive network. 

What to expect: 

• A chance to meet other local parents and carers 
• A supportive space to share experiences and information 
• A relaxed gathering – come when you can, leave when you need to 
• Free coffee, conversation and connection 

Where:

Rotary Park Terrigal, 11 Terrigal Drive, Terrigal 

Rotary Park is fully-fenced (for more information visit). Please feel free to bring your children, come alone or bring a friend – whatever you prefer. 

Register to be contacted if the group is rescheduled due to wet weather. 

This group is facilitated by Kristy: 

Kristy is the proud parent of Dash, an inquisitive, gentle-hearted, and wonderfully funny 9-year-old. Dash is Autistic, has ADHD, and global developmental delay. Kristy likes to say that Dash "got it from his Mama," as she identifies as AuDHD herself. A passionate advocate for her family, Kristy thrives as a parent peer facilitator, dedicated to sharing her insights, celebrating neurodivergent joy, and connecting with other families on a similar journey.

• Families are welcome to bring their children, but please note that child minding will not be provided by Kindred. While the event will take place in a fully fenced park, parents and carers will still be responsible for their children’s supervision and safety during the gathering.
