Event description

Come join us for a powerful night to come home to yourself.
This is the Centred Ceremony — a 3-hour guided experience to reconnect, slow down, and breathe deeply.

We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, followed by a guided breathwork journey and gentle yin yoga, all supported by live music and a team of experienced facilitators.

This space is for you to release what’s heavy, awaken your inner strength, and be held by music, movement, and breath.


What to Expect

7:00 PM – Arrive + Settle In
7:15 PM – Cacao Ceremony & Intention Setting
7:40 PM – Breathwork Journey with Live Sound
8:30 PM – Rest + Integrate through Yin Yoga
9:15 PM – Closing Circle & Community Connection + Shared Meal
10:00 PM – Finish


Your Facilitators

  • Luke McLean – Breathwork guide and space holder

  • Dylan Crawford (EarthSpeaks) & Mitchell Horn – Live music and sound journey

  • Maddison Watson – Support facilitator, yoga & meditation teacher


What to Bring

  • Yoga mat or something comfy to lie on and bolster if you have one

  • Blanket, pillow, and eye mask (optional but recommended)

  • Water bottle

  • A mug for cacao

  • Journal & pen (if you'd like to reflect after)

  • An open heart

  • Any special item you'd like to bring to place on alter during ceremony


Contraindications

Breathwork is a powerful practice. It’s not recommended for those who are:

  • Pregnant

  • Living with epilepsy

  • Diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or severe PTSD

  • Dealing with serious heart conditions or recent surgery
