Chair Yoga for Seniors

Wednesdays | April 23rd | 11:00am - 12:00 PM | Cost: $10| Limit: 5 Participants in-house (at Journey to Hope) and unlimited via Zoom.
Please note that registration is required.
Our chair yoga class is designed for seniors who want to improve flexibility, strength, and balance in a safe and supportive way. Using gentle movements, mindful breathing, and the chair for both seated and standing support, will enhance mobility and reduce tension. No experience is needed just a willingness to move, breathe, and feel good in your body!
Meet our Presenter: Hello, I’m Ashley, founder of Sutras, LLC.
With a degree in Exercise Science and a 200 RYT certification, trained in the Ashtanga tradition, I’ve spent over a decade immersed in yoga and holistic wellness. My journey has shown me that true well-being starts from within, an integration of physical, mental, and emotional health.
I created Sutras to promote a holistic lifestyle inspired by my yoga teachings. My mission is to empower you to lead a balanced life that goes beyond the mat, embracing mindfulness, eco-conscious choices, and intentional living.
Everyone deserves to live their best life and embrace their authentic selves, and I’m here to support you on that journey!
