Event description
A deeply hypnotic meditative journey to rebalance and nourish the 7 chakras and bring the wheel of life back into alignment.
During this 90-minute journey, Vanessa will gently guide you through each chakra allowing you to connect and notice where balance and healing need to occur, and where doubts and blocks causing imbalances need to be released.
You will be bathed by the therapeutic healing sounds of the Crystal bowls, Tibetan therapy bowls, Koshi, and Equilibrium chimes, amongst other instruments as they move around you, cleansing and clearing the stagnant energy in the chakras, the meridian system, and the auric fields, whilst also producing a state of tranquility and a massage for the nervous system.
During this transformative and lasting journey, you will get to reconnect with yourself, and understand and feel the deep connection to the chakras.
You will leave feeling grounded, calm, and relaxed as the frequencies moving through you create stillness within the body and mind, spaciousness within the cells, and gratitude within the soul.
