Chakradance™ with Conny Glenelg North

Chakradance™ is a movement therapy practice. It combines spontaneous dance, guided imagery, and music to promote that wonderful state of calm vitality known as “well-being”.

This is a 90 minute workshop journeying through each of the 7 main chakras from Base to Crown with music that resonates with each of the chakras. It also includes short meditations and an exercise in Mandala Art to integrate your experience.

Balancing the chakras leads to many benefits, including better relationships, improved confidence and self-esteem, emotional health, enhanced creativity, and heightened inspiration and clarity. But the biggest benefit of all is the absolute freedom to be yourself!

Chakradance™ with Conny is suitable for men and women aged 16 to 90 years old. You dance in a darkened room or with eye masks to bring focus within and then allow the music to move you in whichever way feels good.
