7 Keys to Freedom - A one hour workshop incorporating all 7 chakras.

An excellent class for those wanting occasional/weekly chakra balancing.

The class includes Meditation, Dance through all 7 main chakras and Mandala Art exercise. Feel the freedom of spontaneous movement with music that is designed to resonate with each chakra.

Cost: $25 per class

Thursdays 5pm - 6pm
